- Build, develop, and maintain a targeted network of insurance agents, adjusters, property managers, and other referral partners within your assigned territory
- Conduct regular in‑person visits, presentations, and check‑ins to educate partners on our services and reinforce our value
- Identify and pursue new referral opportunities and key decision‑makers in insurance and property management
- Coordinate and host lunch‑and‑learns, CE classes (where applicable), and marketing events that strengthen relationships and drive referrals
- Respond quickly and professionally to incoming referrals, ensuring an exceptional experience from first contact through project completion
- Collaborate closely with operations and project management teams to ensure smooth communication and outstanding service on referred jobs
- Track activities, referrals, and pipeline progress in our CRM and provide regular reporting and market feedback
- Represent the company at industry events, networking groups, and community functions to grow brand awareness and credibility
- Proven experience in outside sales, business development, or account management
(restoration, construction, insurance, or related industry experience strongly preferred) - Existing relationships with local insurance agents, adjusters, or property managers are a major plus
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship‑building skills
- Self‑motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently in a field‑based role with defined activity and performance goals
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to travel throughout the territory daily
- Ability to pass a background check and drug test
- Competitive base salary plus commission/bonus tied to referrals and closed business
- Company vehicle or mileage reimbursement, depending on role structure
