SERVPRO Team Isaacson – Wilson County 

Lebanon, TN | Full-Time

SERVPRO Team Isaacson is seeking a driven Commercial Business Development Representative to help grow our commercial relationships throughout Wilson County and surrounding markets.

This is an outside B2B sales role focused on developing long-term relationships with commercial businesses, industrial facilities, manufacturing operations, warehouses, and facility leadership teams. The ideal candidate is highly organized, self-motivated, comfortable prospecting daily, and thrives in a fast-paced service environment.

This position is heavily relationship-driven and requires consistent in-person prospecting, follow-up, and account development throughout the assigned territory.

We are looking for someone who understands relationship sales is built through consistency, visibility, communication, and trust.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with commercial businesses and key decision makers
  • Prospect and generate new business through cold calling, networking, in-person visits, and scheduled meetings
  • Maintain an active pipeline and consistently move opportunities through the sales process
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, lunch-and-learns, and Emergency Ready Plan (ERP) reviews
  • Partner closely with operations and estimators to ensure excellent communication and customer experience
  • Follow up consistently on estimates, opportunities, and active accounts
  • Maintain accurate CRM activity, account notes, and pipeline reporting
  • Build and manage a prioritized target account list
  • Represent SERVPRO professionally at industry and networking events
  • Meet activity expectations and revenue growth goals
Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of outside B2B sales experience preferred
  • Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills
  • Ability to build relationships and create trust with clients
  • Self-starter mentality with strong time management skills
  • Comfortable prospecting and working independently in the field
  • Experience in restoration, construction, industrial, manufacturing, or commercial service sales preferred
  • CRM experience required
  • Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation
  • Must pass a background check (subject to applicable law)
