About the Role:

Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments of affected properties to determine remediation needs.
- Implement effective cleaning and restoration techniques for various environments.
- Utilize industry-standard equipment and safety protocols during remediation processes.
- Document and report progress, challenges, and solutions during each project.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times.
- Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on industry best practices.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies to ensure a safe work environment.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications preferred.
- Previous experience in remediation, restoration, or a related field is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
- Physical ability to lift heavy objects and perform manual labor tasks.
