We are looking for a motivated Assistant Project Manager to join our growing Reconstruction team. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in construction and project management with room for advancement within the company.
This position will work closely with our:
- Reconstruction Project Manager
- Reconstruction Estimator
- Design Consultant
The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, eager to learn, and comfortable working both in the field and in an office environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist with material selections for reconstruction projects
- Help answer job-related coordination questions
- Assist with scheduling subcontractors, inspections, and project timelines
- Support project scoping and documentation
- Participate in site walks and project inspections
- Review estimates and project details with homeowners
- Perform Docusketch scans/documentation when needed
- Provide general support to the Reconstruction team as projects require
- Help maintain communication between homeowners, subcontractors, and office staff
Qualifications
- Basic computer skills required
- Comfortable learning new software and technology
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to spend most of the day in the field at active construction projects
- Construction experience preferred, but not required
- Valid driver’s license preferred
