What you'll actually do
- Manage all communications with clients, adjusters, and vendors — professionally and promptly
- Follow up with customers after job completion to uphold our white glove standard
- Keep jobs organized and up to date across multiple platforms
- Coordinate with field crews — make sure they have what they need and everything is documented
- Monitor and manage inventory across the office and warehouse — coordinate supply orders before things run out
- Handle paperwork, reporting, and administrative tasks end to end
- Work with Xactimate and other industry platforms — training provided
What we're looking for
- Strong reading and writing skills — you'll be communicating professionally with clients and adjusters daily
- Tech savvy — you'll be working across multiple platforms and tools
- Fast thinker who can problem-solve without being told what to do every step of the way
- High attention to detail — at a white glove company, the small things matter
- Reliable and self-sufficient — shows up, follows through, and doesn't need their hand held
- Long-term mindset — we want to invest in the right person and grow together
- Spanish speaker is a plus
Experience
Restoration, construction, or insurance experience is a plus — but not required. Xactimate familiarity is a bonus. We'll train the right person. What matters most is that you're sharp, driven, and hold yourself to a high standard.
Compensation
$50,000–$75,000 based on experience. Where you start depends on what you bring — and grows as you do. We're not looking for someone to fill a seat. We're looking for someone to build a career with us.
Schedule & location
Full-time | Monday–Friday | 9AM–5PM | Valley Stream, NY. Occasional after-hours responsiveness may be needed. Candidates must be within reasonable commuting distance with reliable transportation.
