Rytech Restoration is looking for motivated individuals to join our growing Contents Division. This position focuses on contents handling, pack-outs, cleaning, inventory, and pack-back services related to water, fire, smoke, and mold restoration projects.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start a long-term career in the restoration industry. No prior experience is required — we are willing to train the right candidate. Previous experience in restoration, moving, cleaning, warehouse work, or contents handling is a plus and will qualify for higher starting pay.
Responsibilities
- Pack, move, and transport customer contents safely and professionally
- Perform contents cleaning related to water, fire, and smoke damage
- Assist with inventorying and documenting customer belongings
- Organize and label packed materials for storage and return
- Perform pack-back and furniture reset after restoration is complete
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Follow company procedures and safety guidelines
- Provide professional and courteous customer service on job sites
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license preferred
- Ability to pass a background check
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
- Ability to lift and carry 50+ pounds regularly
- Comfortable working in residential and commercial environments
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Team-oriented attitude with good communication skills
