The Inventory Coordinator is responsible for managing and maintaining company assets, equipment, and warehouse operations to support overall efficiency and organization. This role oversees inventory tracking, fleet coordination, facility upkeep, and safety compliance while ensuring assets are properly maintained and accounted for.

Key Skills:

  •  Strong organization and attention to detail 
  •  Ability to manage multiple priorities and systems 
  •  Problem-solving and decision-making skills 
  •  Effective communication and teamwork 
  •  Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and inventory systems 
Responsibilities:

  •  Track and maintain company assets, equipment, and inventory 
  •  Coordinate vehicle fleet management, including maintenance and compliance 
  •  Oversee warehouse organization, supply inventory, and ordering 
  •  Support facility maintenance and vendor coordination 
  •  Assist with administrative tasks and system updates 
  •  Ensure adherence to safety programs and compliance standards
Compensation: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
