This is a field-based, relationship-driven role focused on building long-term referral partnerships—not traditional sales. You will be out in the community daily, meeting business owners and decision-makers, learning how they operate, and positioning our company as the trusted resource when their customers need help with water, fire, or mold issues.
- Base salary approximately $45,000
- Uncapped performance incentives
- Expected total compensation: $65,000–$100,000+ for consistent performers
- $20,000+ annual bonus is the performance standard
- Company vehicle provided

- Complete 18–20 in-person visits per day with local businesses
- Build and maintain referral relationships with plumbers, property managers, insurance agents, and other trade partners
- Ask strong, thoughtful questions to understand each partner’s business and identify how we can support them
- Stay consistently visible and top-of-mind to generate ongoing referrals
- Participate in local networking groups and community events (BNI, chambers, and other business groups)
- Represent the company professionally in the marketplace
- Track all activity, contacts, and follow-ups in the CRM daily

- Familiarity with insurance-related work
- IICRC certification is a plus, but not required—we will train the right candidate
