We are currently seeking motivated and reliable Disaster Restoration Technicians to join our growing team. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. If you take pride in your work, have a strong attention to detail, and enjoy working as part of a team, we want to hear from you.
Position Overview
As a Disaster Restoration Technician, you will be responsible for responding to residential and commercial property damage caused by water, fire, smoke, and other disasters. Our team is cross-trained, so you’ll gain experience across multiple areas of restoration, reconstruction, and cleaning.
Key Responsibilities
- Water extraction and setup/monitoring of drying equipment in accordance with IICRC standards
- Demolition and removal of damaged materials
- Cleaning and restoration following fire and smoke damage
- Painting and assisting carpenters
- General cleaning and debris removal
- Assisting with cleaning projects when required
- Maintaining equipment and ensuring job sites are safe and organized
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license
- Canadian citizenship or Permanent Residency
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Positive attitude and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Must be willing to provide a criminal record check prior to employment

Compensation: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
