Start Strong: $20.00 – $25.00 per hour (depending on what you bring to the table).

What You’ll Be Doing

Field Ops: Use sensors, thermal cameras, and heavy-duty extraction gear to dry out properties.

Controlled Demo: Get hands-on with tools to remove damaged materials (drywall, flooring, etc.).

Tech-Forward: Use our mobile apps to document the "before and after" and track moisture levels.

Be the Hero: Provide a sense of calm to stressed-out homeowners while you stabilize their property.
What We’re Looking For

A Driver’s License: You’ll need a clean record to drive our (very cool) green trucks.

Physicality: You’re someone who likes to stay active. Lifting 50+ lbs is part of the gig.

The "On-Call" Hustle: Disasters don't stick to a 9-to-5. We work on a rotation to handle emergencies.
