Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily warehouse operations and team performance to meet productivity goals.
- Coordinate and schedule staff assignments to optimize workflow and efficiency.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with order fulfillment and stock management.
- Implement safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment for all employees.
- Conduct training sessions for new hires on warehouse procedures and safety practices.
- Assist in the preparation of reports on warehouse performance and employee productivity.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse to uphold company standards.
- Address employee concerns and foster a positive team environment.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications are a plus.
- Proven experience in warehouse supervision or management roles.

- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in warehouse operations.
- Proficient in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
