POSITION SUMMARY
The Quality Assurance (QA) Claims Administrator will support our franchise network in delivering consistent, high-quality service and maintaining compliance with insurance carrier standards. In this role, you will review insurance claim files, monitor performance against SLAs and KPIs, and work closely with franchise teams to ensure quality and accountability across the network. This is a highly process-driven role that requires strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through.
Reports to: Vice President of Quality Assurance and CAT Response, Canada
Location: Remote
Salary Range: $45,000 - $55,000 Annually
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Review insurance claim files in systems such as Xactanalysis to ensure compliance with carrier SLAs and internal standards
- Monitor performance metrics and identify trends or recurring compliance issues
- Follow up with franchise locations on quality and compliance gaps, and escalate issues when necessary
- Manage the QA inbox and internal communications (Teams), ensuring timely and accurate responses
- Support the Quality Assurance team with administrative and coordination tasks
- Assist during catastrophe (CAT) events, helping manage increased claim volumes and operational demands
- Maintain a strong understanding of client SLA requirements and compliance programs
- Additional duties as assigned
WORK EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION & SKILLS
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and reporting
- Familiarity with carrier SLAs and KPI tracking is an asset
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage repetitive, high-volume tasks
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to take initiative, work independently, and follow through on tasks
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
- Computer literacy with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), SharePoint, Adobe, etc.)
- The ability to work under pressure
- Exceptional attention to detail, sound decision-making ability
- Ability to conceptualize
- Self-driven
- Ability to work office equipment (fax, scanner, printer, copier, phone system, computers)
- Ability to work independently and make decisions

REQUIRED EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE
- 1–2 years of experience in an administrative, insurance, or claims-related role
- Experience in property restoration or insurance is an asset
- Knowledge of MICA, RMS, and Water Mitigation tools)

• Must be able to stay in a stationary position up to 100% of the time
• The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
• Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, fax machine, copy machine, and computer printer
• Must be able to observe and perceive information on a computer and documents
• Must be able to communicate and converse with customers over the phone
• Occasionally will lift up to 10lbs
• Ability to safely operate a passenger vehicle
WORK ENVIRONMENT
The employee will be working remotely in their home office and will be exposed to normal conditions of air conditioning and heat. Most work will be conducted over email, video conferencing, and telephone. Employees must have access to a stable internet connection when working outside of the office. Employees must use the provided VPN technology to securely connect remotely. The successful person must be productive with minimal supervision.
TRAVEL
This position may require up to 5% travel. This position may require travel for company meetings or events and training.
