About the Role:
Join Rainbow International of Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky as a Detailed Cleaner, where you'll play a vital role in creating pristine environments for our valued clients. We are seeking enthusiastic individuals who take pride in their work and enjoy making spaces shine!
Responsibilities:
- Perform detailed cleaning tasks in residential and commercial properties.
- Utilize industry-standard cleaning techniques and equipment.
- Ensure all areas are sanitized and meet quality standards.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific needs.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report shortages.
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines while on the job.
- Assist in training new team members on cleaning procedures.
- Provide excellent customer service and build positive relationships.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in cleaning or janitorial services preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Good communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks.
- Willingness to undergo background checks and drug screening.

Compensation: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
