What You'll Do

Perform professional carpet, upholstery, tile and floor cleaning services
Respond to water damage emergencies and perform mitigation services
Execute mold remediation and containment procedures in accordance with industry standards
Set up and monitor drying equipment and document job progress
Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and insurance partners
Complete digital work orders, moisture logs, and photo documentation
Maintain company vehicles, equipment, and job sites to the highest standards
Participate in on-call rotation for emergency services
Cross-train in fire, smoke, odor, trauma, and contents restoration services
Lead by example and contribute to a positive team environment

What We're Looking For

1–3+ years of experience in carpet cleaning, water damage restoration, mold remediation, or related services
IICRC certifications preferred (WRT, AMRT, CCT, ASD, FSRT), but not required
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Ability to perform physically demanding work and lift 50+ pounds
Comfortable working in crawl spaces, attics, and challenging environments
Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
Tech-savvy and comfortable using mobile devices and software for documentation
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Ability to work occasional evenings, weekends, and emergency on-call shifts

Compensation
