Position Summary

We’re seeking an experienced General Manager to oversee daily operations, drive revenue growth, and lead our restoration team. This role requires strong leadership, operational expertise, and a deep understanding of the restoration industry.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage all branch operations, including production, sales, and administration
Drive revenue growth through business development and client relationships
Oversee project management to ensure jobs are completed on time and within budget
Manage P&L, budgeting, and financial performance
Recruit, train, and develop team members
Ensure compliance with safety standards and industry regulations
Maintain relationships with insurance carriers, adjusters, and commercial clients
Monitor KPIs and implement process improvements

Qualifications

5+ years of leadership experience in restoration, construction, or related field
Strong knowledge of water, fire, and mold remediation processes
Experience managing P&L and driving profitability
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, emergency-response environment
Certifications (preferred): IICRC, OSHA
