Who This Role Is For

You’re good at what you do. Maybe better than your current company realizes.

You’ve been running jobs… or at least carrying more weight than your title reflects.
You know you’re capable of more—but you haven’t been given the opportunity, support, or compensation to match it.

We’re looking for someone like that.

Someone who:

  •  Wants more responsibility, not less
  •  Is ready to take ownership of projects from start to finish
  •  Is confident in their skills—but still hungry to grow
If you’re just looking for a comfortable job, this isn’t it.
If you’re ready to prove your value and grow into a leadership role, keep reading.

  •  Keeping jobs moving—no bottlenecks
What We’re Looking For

Must-Have Traits:

  •  Strong sense of ownership and accountability
  •  High urgency and follow-through
  •  Ability to manage multiple projects at once
  •  Clear, direct communication style
  •  Problem-solver mentality (not a finger-pointer)
Experience:

  •  Construction or reconstruction project management experience preferred
  •  Restoration experience (water/fire/mold) is a big plus
  •  Familiarity with estimating, scopes, or insurance workflows is a plus
What Success Looks Like Here

  •  Clients feel informed and confident
  •  Vendors respect you and respond quickly
  •  Problems get solved—not escalated
  •  You take ownership of outcomes
  • Quality is upheld to the highest standards.
What You Get

  •  Competitive pay based on experience + performance
  •  Real opportunity to grow into a senior/leadership role
  •  High level of autonomy (we don’t micromanage)
  •  A team that expects a lot—but backs you up
  •  The ability to build something and be recognized for it
Why This Role Is Different
