Lead Restoration Technician
1-800-Packouts helps homeowners and businesses recover after water, fire, mold, and other property damage by packing, cleaning, storing, and returning their belongings. We’re hiring a Lead Restoration Technician to guide job site teams and ensure packouts, restoration work, and returns are completed safely, accurately, and professionally.

Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in restoration, moving, or a related field
- Experience leading crews or supervising technicians
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable using mobile devices for documentation
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in physical environments
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- IICRC certifications a plus
Responsibilities
- Lead technicians during packouts, restoration, and packbacks
- Coordinate daily job tasks and maintain efficient workflow
- Ensure accurate inventory, photos, and documentation
- Inspect completed work for quality and accuracy
- Communicate job updates with management and team members
- Maintain equipment, vehicles, and warehouse organization
- Follow safety standards and company procedures
- Support training and mentoring of new technicians
