Responsibilities:
- Assess water damage and develop effective restoration plans.
- Perform water extraction, drying, and dehumidification processes.
- Utilize specialized equipment and techniques for restoration.
- Document and report on the progress of restoration projects.
- Communicate with clients to explain procedures and manage expectations.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion.
- Adhere to industry standards and safety regulations.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications preferred.
- Experience in water damage restoration or related field is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in challenging conditions.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- On Call required
- Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude.

Compensation: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
