About the Role:

Join ServiceMaster Commercial Cleaning of Jackson as a Housekeeper NB and be a vital part of our team dedicated to delivering exceptional cleaning services. In this role, you will ensure cleanliness and hygiene in various commercial spaces, contributing to a welcoming environment for clients and their customers.

Responsibilities:

Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including offices, restrooms, and common spaces.
Dust, vacuum, and mop floors to maintain a pristine appearance.
Restock supplies such as paper products and cleaning materials.
Follow safety protocols and use cleaning chemicals in accordance with guidelines.
Report any maintenance or safety issues to management promptly.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures regarding cleanliness and sanitation.
Assist in special cleaning projects as needed.
Maintain a positive attitude and provide excellent customer service to clients.

Requirements:

Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Good physical stamina and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Must pass a background check and drug screening.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
