About the Role:
Join ServiceMaster Commercial Cleaning of Jackson as a Housekeeper NB, where you'll play a vital role in maintaining clean and safe environments for our clients. We are looking for dedicated individuals who take pride in their work and enjoy making a difference in their community.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, and mopping floors.
- Maintain cleanliness in restrooms, break rooms, and common areas.
- Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and report any maintenance issues.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- Assist in special cleaning projects as needed, including deep cleaning and sanitization.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding cleaning tasks.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures for quality and efficiency.
Requirements:
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds and perform physical tasks.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
