About the Role 

We are seeking a high-impact leader to own and scale our multi-location reconstruction division, currently generating approximately $12M in annual revenue with a clear path to $25M+. 

This is a leadership role focused on driving growth, improving consistency across teams, and building scalable systems—while leading a strong existing group of Project Managers and Estimators. 

Key Responsibilities 
  • Drive revenue growth, margin performance, and backlog management 
  • Lead, coach, and develop Project Managers and Estimators across multiple locations 
  •  Improve consistency in PM performance and project execution 
  • Reduce job cycle times and improve overall throughput 
  • Manage escalations and complex customer situations 
  • Strengthen integration with mitigation teams to improve conversion and handoffs 
  • Build and refine systems, processes, and performance metrics 
What We’re Looking For 
  • Proven experience leading a reconstruction, restoration, or residential & commercial construction operation ($5M+) 
  • Demonstrated ability to grow a business or division—not just maintain operations 
  • Strong financial acumen (job costing, margins, operational drivers) 
  • Experience building systems and improving team performance at scale 
  • Strong leadership presence with the ability to mentor and hold teams accountable 
  • Experience handling high-stakes customer situations and escalations 
  • Collaborative mindset, especially with cross-functional teams

  • Growth of the reconstruction division to $25M and beyond 
  • Improved margin consistency across projects 
  • Faster project completion and improved cash flow 
  • Strong, consistent performance across PMs and estimators 
  • Seamless coordination between mitigation and reconstruction teams

Location 
  • Option to work out of any of our offices in Washington including Aberdeen, Arlington, Bremerton, Bellingham, Burlington, Lynnwood, Snohomish, Wenatchee, and Yakima 
  • Travel as needed to other locations to support, mentor, and train the team 
Compensation 
  • Base Salary: $110,000 - $210,000 (depending on experience) 
  • Significant performance-based incentives tied to revenue growth, margin, and operational performance 

Compensation: $110,000.00 - $210,000.00 per year
