About the Role:
Join our dynamic team at ServiceMaster Commercial Cleaning of Jackson as a Floor Scrubber NB! In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various commercial spaces, ensuring a pristine environment for our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Operate floor scrubbers and other cleaning equipment to maintain floors.
- Perform routine cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and buffing floors.
- Inspect and assess floor conditions to determine appropriate cleaning methods.
- Follow safety protocols and use cleaning chemicals responsibly.
- Report maintenance issues or equipment malfunctions to supervisors.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient cleaning operations.
- Provide excellent customer service while interacting with clients and staff.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Experience in commercial cleaning or floor care is a plus.
- Familiarity with floor scrubbers and cleaning equipment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Must be able to lift and move heavy equipment as needed.
