About the Role:
Join ServiceMaster Commercial Cleaning of Jackson as a Floor Scrubber NB, where you will play a vital role in maintaining pristine floors for our valued clients. We are looking for dedicated individuals who take pride in their work and are excited to contribute to a clean and welcoming environment.
Responsibilities:
- Operate floor scrubbers to clean and maintain various floor surfaces.
- Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.
- Inspect and report any damages or maintenance needs to management.
- Follow safety protocols and use cleaning chemicals responsibly.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or floor maintenance preferred.
- Knowledge of floor care equipment and cleaning products.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work.
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
