What You’ll Do
- Build and nurture relationships with commercial property decision-makers
- Generate new business through prospecting, networking, referrals, and industry events
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
- Secure Pre-Loss Agreements with commercial clients
- Maintain an active sales pipeline and track all activity
- Participate in a rotating on-call schedule for emergency restoration leads
- Collaborate with operations teams to ensure successful project delivery
Who You Are
- 2+ years of B2B outside sales experience (restoration, construction, or facilities services preferred)
- Skilled at prospecting, networking, and building strong client relationships
- Organized and able to manage multiple sales opportunities simultaneously
- Comfortable working in a performance-driven sales environment
- Willing to participate in after-hours emergency lead rotation
- Valid Oregon driver’s license with a clean driving record for the past 3 years
- Able to pass a background check dating back to age 18 and pre-employment drug screening
