Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking General Laborer to assist with restoration projects. This role involves hands-on work in a fast-paced environment, supporting technicians with cleanup, demolition, and basic restoration tasks.
Responsibilities
- Assist with water, fire, and mold damage restoration projects
- Perform demolition and removal of damaged materials (drywall, flooring, etc.)
- Set up and monitor drying equipment (fans, dehumidifiers)
- Clean and sanitize affected areas
- Load and unload equipment and materials
- Follow safety procedures and company guidelines
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
Requirements
- No experience required (training provided), but construction or restoration experience is a plus
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor for extended periods
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license preferred
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings or weekends
- Must be able to pass a background check and/or drug screening (if required)

Compensation: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
