About the Role:
Join ServiceMaster Commercial Cleaning of Jackson as a Floor Scrubber NB, where you'll play a vital role in maintaining clean and safe environments for our clients. We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who take pride in their work and are committed to excellence in cleaning services.
Responsibilities:
- Operate floor scrubbers to clean and maintain various types of flooring.
- Inspect and maintain cleaning equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Follow safety protocols and use cleaning chemicals properly.
- Perform routine floor maintenance, including stripping, waxing, and buffing.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management.
- Collaborate with team members to complete cleaning tasks efficiently.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures for quality assurance.
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain positive client relationships.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or floor maintenance preferred.
- Ability to operate floor scrubbers and other cleaning equipment safely.
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and their proper usage.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.
- Good physical stamina and ability to lift heavy equipment.
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation is a plus.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
