- Manage customer relationships and ensure high levels of satisfaction
- Oversee all aspects of restoration projects from initiation to completion
- Coordinate and schedule production crews and job assignments
- Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines
- Prepare and maintain accurate job documentation and reports
- Communicate regularly with the General/Operations Manager and Owner
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and team development
- Ensure job sites are clean, organized, and compliant with company standards
- Maintain equipment and uphold safety and operational guidelines
- Address and resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally
- Experience in project management, operations, or restoration/construction preferred
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Experience with budgeting, estimating, or financial oversight
- Knowledge of safety protocols and ability to enforce them on-site
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Detail-oriented with strong documentation and record-keeping ability Ability to coach, develop, and motivate team members
- Strong relationship-building skills with clients and team members
- Valid U.S. Driver’s License
- Clean background check
