- Write, review, and approve estimates using Xactimate and Symbility
- Manage estimating team workload, timelines, and performance
- Ensure estimates are accurate, complete, and meet carrier/TPA requirements
- Oversee supplements and revisions to maximize job profitability
- Coordinate with Project Managers, Production, and Office staff
- Communicate directly with adjusters, carriers, and customers
- Monitor job file progress from initial inspection through final billing
- Train and mentor estimators and team members
- Maintain proper documentation and compliance within job files
- Minimum 3–5+ years experience in restoration estimating (water, fire, mold, reconstruction)
- Advanced proficiency in Xactimate and Symbility

IICRC WRT & ASD certifications required
- Strong understanding of insurance claims process and TPA programs
- Proven leadership or management experience
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects
- Experience in a SERVPRO environment or similar restoration company
- Additional IICRC certifications (FSRT, AMRT, etc.)
- Experience with job management platforms (Dash, RMS, Encircle)
- Construction background or reconstruction estimating experience
