- Perform drywall hanging, patching, finishing, and texturing
- Complete interior painting, touch-up, and surface preparation
- Install and repair trim, baseboards, doors, and other finish carpentry items
- Perform tile flooring installation and other flooring-related repairs
- Complete punch work, minor carpentry, cabinet touch-ups, and general repairs
- Assist with exterior work, including siding, gutters, roofing repairs, and related exterior tasks
- Perform demolition, jobsite prep, and cleanup as needed
- Maintain clean, safe, and organized jobsites
- Follow project scopes, schedules, and company procedures
- Communicate professionally with homeowners, tenants, property managers, and team members
- Work closely with project managers and field staff to keep projects moving efficiently
- Deliver high-quality workmanship while meeting company standards and customer expectations
- Minimum 2 years of construction, remodeling, handyman, or reconstruction experience
- Experience with drywall, painting, trim work, tile flooring, and basic carpentry
- Experience with exterior repairs such as siding, gutters, roofing, and related exterior work
- Ability to safely use hand tools and power tools
- Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship
- Good communication skills and professional jobsite behavior
- Ability to lift, carry, bend, kneel, stand, and perform full-time physical work
- Ability to work independently, with a partner, or as part of a team
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Reliable transportation to report to the office or jobsites as needed
- Experience in restoration-related reconstruction work
- Experience working in occupied homes after water, fire, or mold losses
- Experience with punch-list work, light framing, cabinetry, and general repair work
- Basic understanding of insurance restoration workflows
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus

The IICRC is the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification, a non-profit organization for the Inspection, Cleaning, and Restoration Industries. The IICRC, originally named the International Institute of Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning Inc. (IICUC), was founded in 1972 by Ed York. Since starting in 1972, the IICRC has evolved into a global organization with more than 49,000 active Certified Technicians and more than 6,500 Certified Firms around the world.
The IICRC is managed by its Board of Directors, which is composed of 15 industry leaders elected by the IICRC’s Shareholders. The Board of Directors’ function is to represent the various interests of the applicants while leading the direction of the organization. The Board of Directors meets four times per year and is tasked with the responsibility of helping shape future policies of the organization and uphold the standards that help shape the industry.
