- Emergency Dispatch & Intake: Answer high-volume calls with a professional, calm demeanor. Accurately gather loss information and dispatch technicians to emergency water or fire damage sites.
- Documentation & Compliance: Audit and upload field documentation (photos, moisture logs, and sketches) into industry platforms like MICA, Dash, or Xactimate.
- Insurance Coordination: Act as a liaison between the homeowner, the field technician, and the insurance adjuster to ensure all compliance tasks are met for claim processing.
- Financial Support: Assist with accounts receivable (A/R) and accounts payables (A/P) by following up on outstanding payments from insurance carriers and processing customer invoices.
- Office Logistics: Maintain office supply inventory, manage local vendor files, and ensure the Rytech Restoration of Orlando branch office remains organized and professional.
- Required Skills & Qualifications
- | Experience | 2+ years in an administrative role; experience in Construction, HVAC, or Restoration is a major plus
- |Tech Savvy | Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel/Outlook). Ability to quickly learn restoration software (MICA/Dash/PSA).
- | Communication | Exceptional verbal skills; must be able to handle "high-stress" callers with empathy. Bilingual or Multilingual| Is a huge asset Spanish and or other languages, English is a must.
- | Attention to Detail | High accuracy in data entry is critical for insurance compliance and billing.
- | Availability | Standard office hours, with the flexibility to assist during "Catastrophe (CAT) events" or storm seasons.
