Role: Commercial Cleaner
Shift: 4:45pm – 2am
Location: 8 - 740 Huronia Road, Barrie, ON
ServiceMaster Clean of Barrie is looking to build their night cleaning crew.
Our full-time positions consist of teams, usually 2 members, who work together providing customers with the ServiceMaster Clean standard. Shifts, on average, start between 4pm & 5pm and run anywhere from 6 to 9 hours a night. Driver’s license with a clean driving history is considered a strong asset.
Job Description
· Sweep, mop and wash floors.
· Dust desks, phones and all surface areas.
· Vacuum carpeting and area rugs.
· Clean, disinfect and polish kitchen.
· Clean, disinfect and polish bathrooms.
· Pick up debris and empty trash & recycling containers
· Address customers' complaints or concerns
Responsibilities:
· Maintain a positive professional attitude with customers and fellow workers.
· Be on time for all shifts.
· Work in accordance to the health & safety procedures.
· Maintain a professional image.
· Adhere to all ServiceMaster Clean standards.
· Ensure paperwork standards are adhered to.
· Follow all policies and procedures set in place by the Company.
· Report any hazards you may encounter immediately.
· Perform regular maintenance on equipment and report any problems.
· Complete clock in and out entries for time keeping and notify the office of any errors.
· Perform service as requested in warehouse/office/field.
· Attend all scheduled training events.
· Perform all cleaning and services on their scheduled day without supervision.
· Utilize a Helper when assigned.
· Never leave a building or company premises while still clocked in.
· Maintain janitors closets in customer accounts.
