A well-backed service company is launching a new plumbing operation in the Lancaster County area and is seeking a top-tier service plumber to help build the team from the ground up. This is a confidential search as we prepare for launch.

We’re looking for someone who is dependable, skilled in residential service plumbing, and interested in long-term growth with a company that is serious about doing things the right way.

Ideal Candidate:

4+ years residential service plumbing experience (master plumber would be a plus, but not required).
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting ability
Experience with drain cleaning, water heaters, leak repairs, and general plumbing service
Professional appearance and customer communication
Ability to run service calls independently
