Open House Hiring Event: 1:00pm - 5:30pm
Location: 12672 Patrick Henry Drive, Newport News, VA

  • Six hiring managers will be onsite hosting group interviews

  • Positions We’re Hiring For
We are currently filling multiple roles across several sites, including:
  • Single-Site Cleaner $13/hr – assigned to one building
  • Multi-Site Cleaner $13 - $14/hr – work across several nearby locations
  • Floater $13.50 - $14/hr – provide coverage and support across accounts
  • Full-Time Multi-Site Cleaner $14-$15
  • Project Floor Team (Evening Crew) $16- $18/hr – specialized floor care and project work
Typical Duties
Depending on the role and location, responsibilities may include:
  • Cleaning offices, restrooms, and common areas
  • Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors
  • Trash removal and recycling
  • Dusting and disinfecting surfaces
  • Maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment
What We’re Looking For
  • Reliable and punctual team members
  • Comfortable working independently or with a team
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25–50 lbs as needed
  • Experience is helpful but not required — training is provided
