- Lead and supervise residential construction projects from start to finish, ensuring quality and safety standards.
- Manage a team of skilled tradespeople, providing guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely project completion.
- Conduct site inspections to assess progress and address any issues that arise.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including schedules and budgets.
- Implement best practices for water removal and restoration techniques.
- Train and mentor team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations throughout the project.
- Proven experience in residential construction, with a focus on restoration and water removal.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients and stakeholders.
- Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and industry best practices.
- Relevant certifications or licenses in construction management or restoration are preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
- Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

The IICRC is managed by its Board of Directors, which is composed of 15 industry leaders elected by the IICRC’s Shareholders. The Board of Directors’ function is to represent the various interests of the applicants while leading the direction of the organization. The Board of Directors meets four times per year and is tasked with the responsibility of helping shape future policies of the organization and uphold the standards that help shape the industry.
