About the Role:
Join PuroClean of Vineland as a Production Technician, where you will play a crucial role in restoring properties and helping families during challenging times. Responsibilities:
- Perform water, fire, and mold damage restoration services efficiently and effectively.
- Use specialized equipment for drying, dehumidification, and cleaning.
- Document job progress and maintain accurate records of services rendered.
- Communicate with clients to explain processes and ensure satisfaction.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve project goals.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment at all times.
- Adhere to safety protocols and company policies during all operations.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education in a related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in restoration, construction, or a related industry preferred.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in physically demanding conditions.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and customer service skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and on-call shifts.
- Certification in water damage restoration (IICRC) is a plus but not required.

Compensation: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour
