Remediation Technician – Green Home Solutions of Tucson
Indoor air quality specializing in Mold, Disinfecting, Allergy and Odor treatments of homes or businesses. Responsible to provide treatment services for clients. These services will include: testing, cleaning, demolition of damage material, spraying of “Green’ enzyme based products, minor repair in living areas, basements or attics.
Responsibilities
- Perform all testing, remediation and services per protocol
- Input information into system via smart phone for job completion. .
- Access smart phone for work schedule
- Focus on exceeding customer expectations for service.
- Provide ongoing communication to customer on status and treatment protocol.
- May be responsible to drive company van to customer locations.
Skills
- Become familiar with indoor air quality treatments
- Follow Health and Safety guidelines for treatment protocols with proper PPE
- Work week Monday thru Friday 8 hours
- Excellent customer service, communication and self-management skills
- Drivers license in good standing
Physical requirements
- Perform lifting on a regular basis up to 75 pounds
- Work in small hot spaces i.e. attics and crawlspaces
- Perform stretching, bending, sitting, stooping, reaching, grasping and climbing ladders
- Wear a respirator along with other Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) during services provided
Daily Requirements:
- Stop by shop in morning to pick up supplies and truck.
- Pull up job and discuss job details prior to arrival
- Start job as soon as you arrive at job site
- Take remediation photos

Salary Range
- $18 to $22 per hour based on experience
