- Prepare and document projects thoroughly prior to production launch
- Maintain accurate, real-time project tracking in SM8
- Serve as the primary communication liaison for clients, project managers, and referral partners
- Provide administrative support to Project Managers while preserving field ownership
- Coordinate contracts, documentation, inspections, scheduling, materials, and change orders
- Proactively manage financial documentation and partner with Accounts Receivable to protect cash flow
- Deliver consistent client updates to drive satisfaction, retention, and referrals
- Oversee project closeout, including final inspections, Certificate of Satisfaction, and payment collection
- 2+ years of experience in insurance, restoration, reconstruction, or related construction industry
- Working knowledge of insurance claims process, supplements, and adjuster communication preferred
- Proficiency in CRM/project management software (SM8 experience a plus)
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Strong administrative and project coordination experience in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a customer-service mindset
- High school diploma/GED required, Associate's degree preferred
