Join SERVPRO as a Janitorial Services Technician and play an essential role in maintaining clean, safe, and professional environments for our clients. We’re looking for dedicated individuals who take pride in delivering high-quality janitorial and facility maintenance services.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in commercial and residential settings. Your work directly contributes to creating welcoming, healthy spaces for employees, customers, and communities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform routine janitorial services including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and trash removal.
  • Clean and sanitize restrooms, breakrooms, offices, and common areas.
  • Replenish supplies such as paper products, soap, and other consumables.
  • Maintain floors through proper cleaning methods (mopping, buffing, stripping, waxing as needed).
  • Clean windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces.
  • Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or supply needs to supervisors.
  • Load, maintain, and properly use cleaning equipment and supplies.
  • Follow established cleaning schedules and checklists.
  • Ensure job sites remain organized, safe, and professional at all times.
  • Provide courteous and professional interactions with clients and building occupants.
  • Follow all company safety procedures and OSHA guidelines.
  • Participate in ongoing training to improve cleaning techniques and safety practices.

Position Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Background check required.
  • Valid driver’s license 
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
  • Dependable attendance and punctuality.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.

Skills, Physical Demands & Competencies

  • Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly (occasionally more with assistance).
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
  • Ability to bend, kneel, reach, and climb ladders when necessary.
  • Ability to push and pull cleaning carts and equipment.
  • Comfortable working with cleaning chemicals and equipment.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Commitment to safety and quality workmanship.

Compensation: $16.00 - $17.50 per hour
