SERVPRO® is looking for a Restoration Supervisor who can take control of projects, lead crews, and get jobs done right the first time.
If you have restoration, construction, mitigation, or crew leadership experience and are ready to step into a leadership role with a serious growth opportunity, this is your chance.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead mitigation crews on water, fire, and mold losses
- Run job sites from start to finish
- Set drying equipment and monitor progress
- Perform demolition, cleanup, and restoration work
- Communicate directly with customers and management
- Train and develop technicians
- Ensure jobs are completed efficiently and correctly
- Take control and solve problems on-site
What We’re Looking For
You MUST have:
- Restoration, construction, or mitigation experience
- Leadership or crew chief experience
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Valid Driver’s License
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs
- Ability to work overtime when needed
Highly Preferred:
- IICRC Certifications
- SERVPRO®, ServiceMaster, Belfor, Paul Davis, or similar experience
- Crew Chief or Supervisor experience
