This is a lead-your-team, solve-real-problems, make-a-difference-every-day role.
- Manage water, fire, and mold mitigation projects from start to finish
- Lead field technicians and crew chiefs on emergency service jobs
- Scope losses and create mitigation plans
- Ensure proper drying techniques and documentation are followed
- Communicate with homeowners, property managers, and insurance adjusters
- Monitor job progress, budgets, and timelines
- Maintain job files in accordance with industry standards
- Perform site visits to ensure quality and customer satisfaction
- Respond to emergency service calls as needed
✔ Ability to stay calm under pressure
✔ Experience in water/fire mitigation or restoration preferred
✔ Knowledge of drying principles and job documentation
✔ Organized and detail-oriented
✔ Strong communication and customer service skills
✔ Valid driver's license
✔ Willingness to be part of an on-call rotation
- WRT Certification through the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC)
- ASD Certification
- Xactimate experience
- Previous project management or crew leadership experience
