We’re looking for a Senior Restoration Project Manager who can confidently own high-volume, high-complexity projects from start to finish. You’ll be the primary decision-maker on files, balancing homeowner care, insurance requirements, and operational efficiency—while managing a high volume of active projects, including a mix of large and standard losses.
This role requires strong restoration experience, estimating knowledge, and the ability to move jobs forward across departments with confidence and authority.
What You’ll Do:
- Serve as the primary point of contact with homeowners after fire, flood, or other losses
- Manage a high-volume caseload (up to 50 active projects simultaneously)
- Communicate directly with insurance adjusters and represent the company professionally
- Complete detailed site documentation (R24, Docusketch, photos, reports)
- Review scopes and collaborate closely with the Estimating Department
- Prepare or review estimates using Xactimate (as required), experience with Symbility is considered an asset
- Ensure smooth coordination between mitigation, contents, and reconstruction teams
- Proactively identify roadblocks and drive timelines forward
- Mentor junior project managers when appropriate
- Participate in rotating on-call schedule
- Ensure professional file closure and strong customer satisfaction
Who You Are:
- Calm, confident, and decisive under pressure
- Highly organized and capable of managing high project volume
- Experienced in restoration workflows and insurance file requirements
- Comfortable having difficult conversations when necessary
- Detail-driven but able to see the big picture
- A strong communicator who can balance empathy with efficiency
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license
- Minimum 2 years of restoration project management experience
- Strong working knowledge of Xactimate
- Construction experience required
- Experience managing multiple active projects (high-volume environment)
- Estimating experience considered a strong asset
- IICRC certifications (WRT, ASD, FSRT, etc.) preferred or required
- Experience with R24, Docusketch, CRMs, and cloud-based systems
- Willingness to participate in on-call rotation
