When fire or water damage impacts a home or business, our Mitigation Technicians are the first to respond. You’ll restore properties, bring order to chaos, and help customers through one of the most stressful moments of their lives.
We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work, has strong drive, pays attention to detail, and naturally steps up to lead when action is needed. Someone who works with urgency, holds high standards, and enjoys seeing tangible results at the end of the day.
What You’ll Do
- Perform water mitigation, tarping, board-ups, mold remediation, and specialty cleaning services
- Lead mitigation efforts on-site under the direction of the Mitigation Manager
- Communicate clearly and empathetically with customers
- Maintain organized equipment, vehicles, and job sites
- Participate in on-call rotations and respond with urgency
- Support team members and warehouse operations as needed
What We’re Looking For
- Strong work ethic and high personal standards
- Decisive, action-oriented, and comfortable taking initiative
- Detail-focused and quality-driven
- Valid driver’s license with clean record
- Ability to lift 75 lbs frequently
- Willingness to work nights/weekends as needed
- Commitment to learning and growing in the restoration field
