About the Role:

Join SERVPRO of Macon as a Restoration Technician and become a vital part of our team dedicated to helping communities recover from disasters. In this exciting role, you will utilize your skills to restore properties and bring peace of mind to our customers during challenging times.

Responsibilities:

Perform water extraction and drying processes for residential and commercial properties.
Conduct mold remediation and fire damage restoration services.
Utilize specialized equipment to assess damage and restore properties effectively.
Document job progress and maintain accurate records of work performed.
Communicate with clients and insurance representatives to provide updates and ensure satisfaction.
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Participate in ongoing training to enhance skills and stay current with industry standards.
Work collaboratively with team members to achieve project goals and deadlines.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications preferred.
Previous experience in restoration, construction, or a related field is a plus.
Ability to lift heavy equipment and perform physical labor.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Knowledge of restoration techniques and safety practices is an advantage.
