About the Role:

Join our dynamic team at SERVPRO of Douglasville/Carrollton/Troup-Coweta Counties as a Restoration Technician! In this exciting role, you will play a crucial part in helping families and businesses recover from disasters, ensuring properties are restored to their pre-loss condition with professionalism and care.

Responsibilities:

Perform water extraction, mold remediation, and fire damage restoration.
Inspect damaged properties and assess the extent of restoration needed.
Utilize specialized equipment for drying, dehumidification, and cleaning.
Document and report all restoration activities and progress to management.
Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates and reassurance.
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills.
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient project completion.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in restoration preferred.
Previous experience in restoration, construction, or a related field is a plus.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in physically demanding conditions.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and on-call shifts.
Positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.
