Make a Difference When It Matters Most
At Paul Davis, we help homeowners and businesses recover after disasters like floods and fires. As a Water Damage Mitigation Technician, you’ll be on the front lines—restoring properties and serving your community in their time of need.
What You’ll Do
- Perform water mitigation, tarping, board-up, mold remediation, and carpet cleaning/reinstallation
- Deliver excellent customer service with empathy and urgency
- Maintain company vehicles, equipment, and job sites
- Participate in an on-call rotation (nights/weekends as needed)
- Support warehouse and team operations as needed
What We’re Looking For
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Commitment to customer service
- Valid driver’s license with clean record
- Ability to lift 75 lbs regularly
- Comfortable using small tools
- Fluent in English
- Willingness to learn and grow
