Restoration Estimator
$50,000- $75,000 per year!

The Restoration Estimator is responsible for preparing estimates and supplementals for reconstruction and emergency services, from 3D scans and scopes.


What You’ll Do
  • Professionally represent Paul Davis values of honesty and integrity.
  • Meet all service standards required by clients, programs, and company processes.
  • Estimate property losses using Xactimate or Symbility.
  • Submit accurate estimates within 24 hours of assignment.
  • Use our company tools for peer review and accuracy validation.
  • Meet or exceed company-required gross profit margins for each project.
  • Document and communicate change orders and insurance supplements promptly.
  • Work closely with insureds and stakeholders to gain agreement and secure the job.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with adjusters, brokers, TPAs, and carriers.
  • Participate in the on-call rotation as the first point of contact for homeowners.
  • Follow all Health & Safety program expectations on every job site.
  • Close the Loop 100% of the time within 24 hours.
  • Handle other assigned duties that support successful job outcomes.
Competency - Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
  • Working knowledge of RMS, Xactimate, and related estimating platforms.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, both in person and by phone.
  • Strong planning, organizational, and time-management abilities.
  • Experience with virtual/remote scoping
Required Education and Experience:
  • Experience with Xactimate and/or Symbility required
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving and background record
  • 1–3 years of experience in a professional or field-based role
  • Availability to work on-call and irregular hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Customer Service experience 
Physical Requirement
  • Must be able to stay in a stationary position up to 80% of the time 
  • Constantly operate a computer
