SERVPRO of Northwest Brooklyn | Full-Time | In-Office | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Leverage your construction or remediation background to coordinate complex, multi-phase projects
- Work directly with experienced Project Managers who understand the work
- Direct pathway into Project Management leadership roles
- Serve as a liaison between customers, field teams, and project stakeholders
- Provide clear updates and maintain consistent communication throughout the project lifecycle
- Track project status, timelines, and work-in-progress daily
- Support Project Managers with documentation, scheduling, and job tracking
- Create preliminary estimates using estimating software
- Review and validate job site documentation for accuracy and completeness
- Ensure files are organized from project start through completion
- Collaborate across departments to keep projects moving efficiently
- Assist with administrative and coordination needs as they arise
- Previous experience in the reconstruction or construction industry a must
- 1+ year of customer service, administrative, or office experience
- Strong organization and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
- Comfortable using common business software and computer applications
