SERVPRO of Wolfe Restoration, Inc. is adding a Director of Roofing and Board-Up to our team!


We are seeking a Director of Roofing and Board-Up to lead our roofing restoration and exterior emergency services. This role oversees roofing restoration, emergency board-up, and temporary repairs, ensuring rapid response, safety, quality, and profitability.

This is a newly created position and a new division of the company. The Director will be responsible for establishing the department from the ground up and driving growth, scalability, and long-term success.

Key Responsibilities
  •  Build and lead the Roofing and Board-Up division, including structure, processes, and performance standards 
  • Oversee emergency services and full roofing restoration projects
  • Drive operational efficiency, safety compliance, and quality standards
  • Manage budgets, job costing, and divisional performance
  • Build and maintain relationships with insurance carriers, adjusters, and vendors
  • Recruit, train, and develop high-performing teams
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and company policies 

Position Requirements
  • High school diploma/GED; Associates and/or Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 7–10 years of experience in roofing restoration, including leadership role
  • Strong knowledge of insurance claims and storm response
  • Proven ability to lead teams in fast-paced, time-sensitive environments
  • OSHA 30 and industry certifications preferred

Work Environment
  • Office and field-based role with on-call availability during storm events

Compensation: $75,000.00 - $88,500.00 per year
