About Us
We are a growing fire, water, and mold restoration company with an in-house construction division. Our team handles both mitigation and full reconstruction for residential and light commercial insurance losses. Dedicated estimators handle scopes and pricing, so PMs can focus on project execution and client experience.
Role Overview
We are looking for a Construction Project Manager to manage reconstruction projects from mitigation handoff to completion. You’ll be responsible for schedules, subcontractors, quality, and client communication. Limited Xactimate use may be required for documentation or scope confirmation, but full estimating is handled by our Estimators.
What You’ll Do
- Manage construction projects from start to finish
- Build and maintain job schedules
- Coordinate subcontractors and in-house trades
- Communicate with homeowners throughout the project
- Conduct inspections, punch lists, and final walkthroughs
- Identify unforeseen conditions and coordinate with the Estimator
- Maintain clean, safe, and organized jobsites
Qualifications
- Experience managing residential construction projects
- Restoration or insurance reconstruction experience preferred
- Familiarity with Xactimate helpful but not required
- Strong scheduling and subcontractor management skills
- Excellent communication and organization

Compensation: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
