- Inspect residential and commercial HVAC systems prior to cleaning
- Load and maintain company vehicles with equipment, tools, and supplies
- Protect customer property by properly preparing work areas
- Clean air ducts, supply and return vents, registers, and HVAC components using specialized equipment
- Clean related HVAC components including blower fans, evaporator coils, drain pans, and filters when applicable
- Identify damaged ductwork, airflow restrictions, or HVAC concerns and communicate findings to supervisors
- Document work performed through photos and service reports
- Ensure equipment is properly maintained and operating safely
- Maintain a clean, organized work vehicle and warehouse area
- Follow SERVPRO safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE
- Deliver outstanding customer service while educating customers about the cleaning process
- Complete final cleanup and leave every job site in excellent condition
- Assist with warehouse organization and inventory as needed
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass background checks and pre-employment requirements
- HVAC, duct cleaning, restoration, construction, maintenance, or mechanical experience preferred—but not required
- Willingness to learn specialized equipment and cleaning techniques
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Self-motivated with attention to detail
- Leadership experience is a plus and offers opportunities for advancement
- Lift 50 pounds regularly and up to 100 pounds with assistance
- Climb ladders and work from elevated heights
- Work in attics, crawl spaces, ceilings, and confined areas
- Frequently bend, kneel, squat, push, pull, and carry equipment
- Safely operate power tools and specialized duct cleaning equipment
- Work around dust, debris, cleaning agents, and HVAC systems while wearing required PPE
- Work in varying temperatures and conditions throughout the year
